A space for deep relaxation, restoration and renewed energy.
Gentle vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments guide the body and mind into deep relaxation. They help release tension, calm the nervous system and bring you back to yourself. Treat yourself or your team to a moment when the mind can slow down, the body can soften and energy can begin to flow again.
All you need to do is lie down comfortably, close your eyes and let the sound guide you. There is no need to “do it right”. Your body will receive exactly what it needs in that moment.
On this website I use the terms sound healing and sound bath interchangeably. Both refer to working with the sound and vibrations of instruments that help calm the mind, release tension and support regeneration.
Sound baths work through the sounds of harmonic instruments and their subtle as well as stronger vibrations. These vibrations move through the body, slow down the breath, calm the heart rhythm and help regulate the nervous system. The brain can naturally shift into states of deep relaxation — alpha and theta waves — similar to meditation or sleep. The result is a feeling of calm, balance and renewed energy, supporting not only health, but also work performance and overall wellbeing in life and relationships.
What research suggests:
I believe that sound has the power to connect, support wellbeing and open a space for deep rest and self-discovery.
My name is Veronika and I offer sound baths with both passion and respect. I use a rich palette of instruments — from gongs and Tibetan singing bowls to chimes, flute, shamanic drum and rainstick. Each instrument brings a different quality of vibration, and together they create a unique sound experience.
I work with individuals, groups and companies. I also have experience working with children and seniors, where sound becomes a joyful and playful way of meeting. My intention is to bring calm, relief, support and space for regeneration.
Through training and practical experience in the Czech Republic and abroad, I have developed a wide range of methods that I combine into a sensitive and coherent whole. I am a member of a music therapy association and work under the supervision of more experienced colleagues.
From private sessions to corporate programmes and workshops for children or seniors — every session is shaped around the needs of the people and groups present. Sound healing, or sound baths, is a method of deep relaxation using the vibrations of gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, steel tongue drums, wayunki, sansula, rainstick, ocean drum, thunder drum, shamanic drum, Native American flute, rotating sound wave and other instruments. Many studies show that sounds and melodies can have beneficial effects not only on our mental wellbeing, but may also support physical regeneration.
For those who want to give themselves deep and intensive rest. I also place selected instruments directly on the body so that the vibrations can work more deeply.
A powerful experience shared in a group — for private gatherings as well as open public sessions.
An unconventional and effective employee benefit that supports mental wellbeing and performance.
Sound as a bridge to joy, playfulness and gentle relaxation.
“The sound bath was a great surprise for me. Placing the instruments on the body relaxed me completely — physically and mentally — in a way that even a regular massage does not. I felt a deep, whole-body release. I think this kind of ‘bath’ can become very addictive very quickly. A wonderful experience, thank you!”
“I tried sound healing for the first time. It is a fascinating kind of relaxation where sound literally passes through you. It is hard to find anything with a similar effect — maybe a concert, but sound healing feels like a concert just for you. It is a beautiful way of passive rest with a musical experience.”
Sound baths are available for individuals, groups and companies. We can meet in person or online — depending on what is most accessible for you right now.
